Who operates this website
The official website at tentrixchronicles.com is the home of The Tentrix Chronicles, a series of novels by G. A. McCarty. It is operated by Sequoia Book Publishers ("we," "our," and "us"). For privacy questions, contact tentrixchronicles@sequoiabook.com.
Information you provide
We do not offer visitor accounts, on-site purchases, or public comments. When you subscribe to series updates, you provide an email address and choose to receive our messages. We and our email service provider maintain your subscription and confirmation history. We use that information to deliver series news and manage your preferences.
If you contact us by email, we receive your address, the contents of your message, and information you choose to share. We use this information to respond and manage related correspondence.
Website hosting and technical information
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. To deliver and secure the site, hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referral information, and request times. Hostinger's service and log-retention practices apply to this hosting activity.
Our email subscription service
We use Sender to host our Join the Chronicles signup form, send email confirmations, maintain consent records, and eventually deliver series updates. When the form loads on our homepage, your browser connects to Sender's servers. Sender may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and form-use data. If you subscribe, Sender processes your email address, signup and confirmation timestamps, subscription status, and other data necessary to manage the mailing list.
Sender can also provide delivery, open, and link-click reporting for emails sent through its service. We use subscription and engagement information to administer and improve our reader communications. Our intended messages are occasional news about The Incursion, future Tentrix Chronicles books, and related releases. We do not add addresses purchased or collected for unrelated purposes.
Signup uses a confirmation email (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or by contacting us at tentrixchronicles@sequoiabook.com. After unsubscribing, we may retain the minimum information necessary to honor your request and prevent accidental re-subscription.
Fonts, cookies, and other services
We use Google Fonts to display typefaces. Your browser requests these fonts from Google's servers, which receive technical request information including your IP address.
The current website does not intentionally include separate advertising pixels, social-media trackers, or a standalone visitor analytics script. Hosting services, Google Fonts, and Sender may still receive technical request data and may use cookies or similar technologies for service operation, security, signup processing, and measurement. You can use your browser settings to manage cookies; blocking some technologies may affect the signup form.
How we share and retain information
We do not sell reader contact information. We share information with service providers used to operate the site and subscriptions, including Hostinger and Sender, and when required by law. Subscriber information is kept while a subscription is active, subject to removal requests and limited suppression records. Correspondence and technical data may be retained as reasonably needed for business operations, security, and legal obligations, according to the relevant services' policies.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you supplied to us. You may also unsubscribe from series updates at any time. For assistance, email tentrixchronicles@sequoiabook.com.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy when our site or service providers change. Updated terms and the effective date will appear on this page.
